  • ate hindi bayan adobo baboy your making, my adobo is with chicken but i put onion garlic soy sauce and vinegar and sugar and bayleaf, thats how adobo is made?

    only thing you added is oregano and saging bulaklak

  • yup, you can use it for paksiw na pata!

  • sa mindanao ne prito(saute) yun baboy at hindi tubig gamit pang lambot gamit namin pineapple juice at paminta at bawang marami, laurel, konti asin, asukal central, mushroom sauce hindi soy sauce, at patis! tapos sa huli yung banana blossoms at chinese black beans at boiled egg nang duck at konti kangkong!

    I don't kow how is it in your place, but in Manila and in chenese cuisine, TRADITIONALLY like this.
