Reminds me very much of Ray Bradbury's 451° Fahrenheit / Martian Chronicles.

The music is not creepy.........the film is!

Proof that the spirit of 1970s/80s experimental/industrial music still exists :)

THats just brilliant right there. Is that a Space Echo on the Theremin? Sometimes it sounds like scraping piano strings and then it sounds like actual fire. Beautiful piece.

Thanks Rhythmicons. You're in luck - I can remember the chain. It's a Kees Enkelaar theremin (very flutey tone), Marshall Echohead acting as a resonant comb filter (Mode: HiFi [pure digital], min delay [5ms], max feedback, max mix]) followed by a Danelectro PB&J (max everything - lots of 1sec echoes) into a Fender 15R Frontman guitar amp (the Kees has an output volume knob, so guitar amp is fine.)
Most of the timbre comes from the comb filter. The "fire" was clipping when recording mike to amp.
