Its crashed from a norton disc that had a virus.

My mum got it too restart and work.

I cant use it till I get a virus protection thing or a norton disc that my sisters laptop aint put a virus on .

Hate my sister for that virus ;( so videos continuing from my dads laptop till I get Norton or something again. (:
