The water-gas hybrid system will be a home-made DYI system built by you or a mechanic but based on the experience of many others. The system uses about 3 AMPs electricity per cell to separate water (H2O) into a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen to gas state.

A cell is one bottle. Some put 6 cells in their car. When hydrogen is mixed with Oxygen (HHO), it is also known as Brown's Gas as I mentioned above. Brown's Gas is more powerful than Hydrogen alone as the fuel, with 4 ounces of HHO combined with gasoline, it can power the car for about 120 miles.

at 1:52 ... oxy/acetylene? no wonder his glass looks like crap, no real glassmaker uses oxy/acetylene to melt their glass, especially soda glass covered in enamels ... so if that part of the video rigged for effect, what else is rigged?
