The reason Slenderman i snot on this list is because he is fake. He's just an internet meme that crazy paranoid people belive in, thus wanting other people to belive in it.
It started around 2008 on 4chan. So you know it gotta be fake then. No matter how true it looks. It's fake.

@FlankoBackup The Smith Sisters originated from a Facebook chain letter about 2 sisters that were skinned alive by a madman that emailed them on Yahoo, and years later they showed up and skinned either their parents or little brother, it depends on the version. The brother was killed for doubting their existance and the parents were killed for hiding their existance from their brother. Hope that helped :3

@death13608 I've also heard another version saying the same thing up until after the boy got the emails. After those it said that the parents were skinned alive and he found more carvings saying that "I TOLD YOU I WASN'T LYING! I LOVE MOM AND DAD BUT THEY KEPT US A SECRET FROM YOU. NOW I'M FREE FROM THIS COLD WORLD AND I WON'T HURT YOU LIKE MOM AND DAD! I LOVE YOU! -LISA SMITH" That's just the other version I heard.

@SpunkStalker101 The Licked Hand, aka "Humans Can Lick Too" is a legend about a girl whos parents were leaving for the night and left the dog to protect her. Apparently, she went to bed and heard a dripping sound, woke up every once in a while and let her "dog" lick her hand. Her dog had been skinned alive, and actually, the murderer was licking her hand. o-o
