jeff, as far as i am aware my uncle , michael john spencer deakin was a sax player in the freehold , he died in 1969 in italy whilst on tour , dont know if your still in touch with phil but iv got some great photos of them together and other band members , hope you knew my uncle he was a great man and sax player , regards Darren

hi jeff, thanks for replying, so pleased you knew my uncle , i was only 4 when he died and even to this day i have never forgot him and can still remember the times we had together, my nan passed away last year and was never the same after he passed away, my mum his sister came to terms with it but it deeply scared her too.

I'm grateful you put the money and effort into saving this from oblivion Jeff. I'm sorry nobody will ever get to hear it though. I would be prepared to pay for a copy, but regrettably £6k is way beyond me. I hope you do find a buyer and whoever gets it decides to share it, some way or other. That's what music is for, after all.
