I have returned to the US after visiting Vinh Son 1, 2 and 5. 1 and 2 seemed to have been the most damaged. The water line in several of the buildings went as high or higher that 6 foot. Walls were destroyed which had in the past protected intruders from stealing the crops of the kids. Work was under way to complete the reconstruction and new crops had been planted. If everything goes as planned I will be visiting VSO 1 and 2, tomorrow morning November 24th and I will update what this very amateur sees there.
