This is an amazing video that was shot when I was in Ghana, West Africa of a typical Brekete ceremony. The two main Brekete drummers kill it and the talking drum player is unreal!! This was shot in the Volta Region of Ghana and played by the Ewe speaking people from there.

  • It sound like the Tigare, a traditional religious music and dance, with some elements of agbadza, adzewa, apatampa and akom in it.
