Magneto - X-Men First Class Effect

After watching X-Men:First Class, I became inspired to make a series of X-Men related videos; the first one demonstrating Magneto's ability to bend and control metal.

As always, it was more difficult than anticipated. The coin, especially, for some reason. I honestly had an easier time compositing in the car, which for those of you wondering, is simply a model car that I bought for a time like this. It was rotoscoped and placed into the shot that way, because after a few attempts at the greenscreen, it didn't look nearly realistic enough. But hey, it's all about the experience! Enjoy!

@homao Eh actually, if you're going to be a smart ass on the internet you better be right, because technically speaking magneto can only generate and manipulate magnetic fields in order to control substances that are affected by said magnetic fields, which does not include all metallic objects. Yeah :)
