As far as the video call, AT&T in the states offers that, its called video share, where you can talk and video live at the same time.

European and east asian phones are quite advanced, but thats because the phones are used in place of a landline phone and a computer(willcom d4, a cell phone/pc that runs vista for example). Most people just dont have room for a computer and a landlines are harder to install/fix in densely populated areas.Landlines are still in use in US and cell phone sales are not as good as euro and east asian markets. If sales catch up , then the us will see these advanced cells.

I love Asian mobile phones - they have so many awesome functions! I don't understand why these great phones aren't making it over to N. America. That email - text msg plan would be totally awesome to have! Dual cameras, pleasing aesthetic features, wallet fuctions, tv/music/media, etc. I feel like we're still in the dark ages here in N.America with cell phones. lol (ok, not really, but still behind Asia!)

I'm a photographer. That's as much personal info as I'm willing to put in a public place.

Cool...you should make/talk about the street racing culture. If you want since you are in Misawa(I dont think is going to snow anymore) I can point you out in the right direction.

I've known one or two street racers in the past, but I'm not really into that myself. I'm more interesting in the history of japan and cultural differences, not something that occurs in the states too, especially when the street racing is so contrary to the established rules.
