  • I know how bad this feels!! When you land after the single support phase, try to think on letting the hammer just drop down while you're turning.  It worked for me:)

  • I think you have great potential, just give it time!

    think of it as a clock, your low point looks to be at 11 where as it should be 12-1. also slow down your first turn and build up the speed through the turns. Best of luck :)

  • Your orbit appears to start getting messed up by your winds. You're way too high and low when you wind.

  • you coming to fast into a first spin try slower and watch out on the hammer, dont let him past you

  • totally agree. What works for one person, may not work for another. So just ask many people, and try it;) One day you'll find the ultimate:D

  • not an expert but on your bad throws you seem heavier on your left leg and not getting enough weight onto ur right in the later turns. you did a good job on ur 8k in this video
