I think you have great potential, just give it time!
think of it as a clock, your low point looks to be at 11 where as it should be 12-1. also slow down your first turn and build up the speed through the turns. Best of luck :)

Your orbit appears to start getting messed up by your winds. You're way too high and low when you wind.

you coming to fast into a first spin try slower and watch out on the hammer, dont let him past you

totally agree. What works for one person, may not work for another. So just ask many people, and try it;) One day you'll find the ultimate:D

not an expert but on your bad throws you seem heavier on your left leg and not getting enough weight onto ur right in the later turns. you did a good job on ur 8k in this video
I know how bad this feels!! When you land after the single support phase, try to think on letting the hammer just drop down while you're turning. It worked for me:)
