Not clear. Do you do Bi's and Tri's in the same day? Or did you put both workouts together for the video? You got results, don't get me wrong, but opposeing muscle groups is risky.

@warpvirus And you need to gain an intellect.. Those hundred pound plates were for a photo shoot.. Before you further embarrass yourself, go LOOK at my leg videos.. My legs are my largest/strongest muscle group...

@kokipWnZ No they're not. My calves need work, plus this is filmed at a higher angle.. Go look at my leg video.. Nearly 26"s at 5'7"..
