This is the "Bystander effect", cases where individuals do not offer any means of help in an emergency situation to the victim when other people are present. The wiki for it gives some pretty shocking and sad examples. BUT it’s not to say that we as human beings are limited to that base reaction when confronted with someone else’s tragedy. I know there are ppl out there that love, give and care randomly and without pretence. I want to be one of them!

I don't wanna hurt anyone's feelings & I respect the symbolic meaning of the vid. But actually you can't see the guys head. You can't see if he seems to be stable, sleeping or what. If someone's fainted or suffers or dies you gotta help him, but at least where I come from we don't disturb every brother who's just resting&sleeping when we have no concrete plan what could improve his situation. I slept on the streets myself when I was drunk and was happy not to get disturbed.
