@PrettyKairi If you search online, you will find more about it. As you travel into Zanarkand, do you remember that flashback with child Seymour and his mother? He says "But i dont want you to become a fayth" well that's her. That's his mother, who becomes Anima. If you find the coordinates you can fly to Baaj Temple on the airship and find her fayth statue, where she tells you everything, and lets Yuna summon her (Anima). In psychology, the word "Anima" is the female part to a person's mind.
