Did he say he cut the BR of tax from £0.22 to £0.20 ? True. He also abolished the £0.10 tax rate on the first £6K ( or thereabouts ) - at the same time. Without seeming to realise that that `first £6K` happens to be a very large percentage of what the poorest in our country earn. This guy is reckoned to be a a 1st rate economist. Did he think the poorest are so stupid that they just wouldn`t get it ? , ie, what he did in that one gloriously FOUL swoop ?

The 50% tax has causes most of the unemployment in the last 6 months, and will continue to do so. The 50% was designed to prevent growth and deliberately cause unemployment, it will lose around £40 billion within the first year. A horrific scorched earth policy from a very bitter anti English marxist.

This guy lies so much he doesn't even know he's doing it. the bottom line is he doesn't care about public opinion only the opinion of his criminal over lords and as far as giving people opertunities for the future the only opertunity he's given us is DEBT.
