This is the biggest scene I've made in Blender to date. (10,000,000 triangles or so in every single frame) There is no texture as it is mostly a fluid and particle motion study. The final fluid simulation data is 10GB and requires the full 1.5GB of RAM to render. Total calculation time for this 10 second video: 70 Hours. - by mpan3

  • @brendancfc88 ctrl + j

  • This is how they made 2012

  • Wow! that's some high resolution.....

  • This is like an animation in a movie. Good job!

  • @brendancfc88 Ctrl J ;)

  • is this blender 3d or 2.61?

  • Beware that these particle-based flow simulations are only good for visual effects, and cannot be used in technical or scientific simulations, continuous-medium methods must be used that are much more compute-heavy

  • Xreeeme hard to make and how long has it rendered?

  • so what you made a

fluid similation of china getting beat with tsunami
