in the vid it says "like for hardened, Not for steady aim"
well, if you go test the hardened perk, you will notice that is useless on a sniper.
why? without hardened you need at least 2 shots to kill a guy.(even headshots)
and with hardened you also need at least 2 shots (yes, even headshots)
the only diference it makes, is that without hardened you will not get a hitmarker through a larger wall. but you need like 3 shots to kill a guy.
