No he dosent he threw the fight on propose i think Lucas even said once that palpatine purposely lost the fight so that when anakin came in it would look as if windu is about too kill him so he would turn and save him it was a careful plot he prob could have beat mace had they kept fighting for much longer in time.

Pretty sure I'm at uni at the moment, and have been doing epee, sabre and foil since I was 14, not to mention longsword fighting for two years in grade 12. I'd say that makes me more qualified to pay it out than you are to defend it, or claim that becaues I recognise the crapness of the swordfight it means I'm an uneducated tard who can't control himself when it comes to CAPS lock.
In short: CAN IT DOUCHE-FAG!
