@x18xShOoTeRx18x i would also recommend that you take a look at the 1/16th erevo and the 1/16th vxl Summit they have a little more ground clearance than the vxl slash. It really depends on what kind of driving you will be doing if your going to do crawling and trails id say the axial truck but if you want to do jumps and driving with more speed i will recommend the 1/16th vxl slash, 1/16th vxl erevo, or the new 1/16th vxl summit.

@x18xShOoTeRx18x Your welcome i do run my axial truck often an i do like it a lot but the axial scx10 honcho truck is a slow truck its meant for crawling and trail driving that's mainly what i use it for as you can see it in action in my video. id say the top speed of the axial scx10 honcho is between 5-8mph. Now the1/16th vxl slash is fast and can do more variety like jumps speed runs and fast driving they are pretty fun i used to own one.

@x18xShOoTeRx18xn it is good to break your motor in because the brushes will start a nice wear pattern on the commutator and this will help your motor have a much longer life span vs not breaking it in.
if i put a XL-5 esc and 2075 waterproof servo what else do i need to replace to make it fully waterproof receiver box is the only thing i think so what is the best waterproof receiver box

@x18xShOoTeRx18x there's two thing you can do, you can buy liquid tape or plastidip at your local hardware store or lowes and waterproof your receiver itself. what you do is you carefully open the receiver case and you coat the whole circuit board with plastidip and let it dry for about 30 minutes then apply another final coating and let it dry for a few hours before you put the receiver case back together.

@x18xShOoTeRx18x Now when your handling the receiver circuit board you want do this while your wearing shoes and on tile or a cement surface because static electricity can fry your receiver. Also when handling the circuit board hold it from the edges.

@x18xShOoTeRx18x Once you have your receiver all waterproofed from the plastidip method and you have it secured in the box that holds it. Then place a coating of plastidip all around the seams of the box and around the hole on the side where the wires come out and let that dry for a few hours. This will help ensure that water doesn't get into the box and if some moisture does the waterproofed receiver wont be harmed because it will be sealed too.
