Keep on but please do include virtual water when discussing this further. Virtual water is the way to look at all water consumption as it may well be in another country than your own. As an examle: One burger "cost" about 2400 liter of water before you put it in your mouth. For many countries, most of this water is used in other countries by making crops for feeding animals… (I recommend a book called Virtual Water (2011) by Tony Allan. )
