Once you reach 100% completion, at certain times 3 bodyguards spawn in the lounge of your mansion. You can then collect them much like the gang recruitment in GTA San Andreas, they will follow you around and attack targets you attack.
Sorry not much really happens in this video, I've not played this version of GTA for years and couldn't remember where to go to find rival gangs...

@shah452 You have to do all the side missions too. Police car, fire truck, ambulance, pizza boy, etc. It's a huge pain in the ass. Every little thing has to be done

dude i completed the keep your friends close mission when my gta vc was 56% completed.....ppl say that its the last mission but my gta was only 56% completed when i did that mission..how could it be the last mission......i alos bought all the houses and shops and asset them all...i also bought all the componys and asset them all but i still just went to 64% completion.....damn...how do u complete this game...is there any cheat to get more missions
