  • Starving yourself is NOT a way to lose weight.

  • @jazzedbutterfly I'm not suggesting starving yourself, I'm suggesting a short cleanse or fast. People have been doing cleanses and fasts for thousands of years for health benefits. Read a book.

  • @FANForeveryou Nooooo. There's a specific recipe that is The Master Cleanse. You need to look that up online, or read the book and it will tell you what to put in it, but it's freshly squeezing lemon juice, 100% pure maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. The Master Cleanse book will tell you the proportions and why those ingredients are so important
