In 1992 viola player Rosemary Nalden founded the Buskaid Music School in Soweto township. "Soweto Strings" shows Rosemary as a demanding but beloved mentor, inspired by the whole-hearted way that the students have embraced classical music.

I watched this documentary and was brought to tears The dedication of Mrs Nalden is wonderful. I hope that she will be rewarded in the Queens birthday honours.
