I'm sorry about saying this, but...You didn't have to kill yourself all those times you missed the bike jump. There was another one before the sand sprayer in case you crashed the first one.

other side similar to 4:56 is emply but something there I found out for a long time! When you collect all 4 E-Tanks. Go to that room which is opposite side of X-hunter's room. When you get there, use Silk Shot and charge it up in there. Ya will get alot of Large Energy there :D will save your time from filliing up all 4 tanks longer!
