I live in belgium too, so I know what you're talking about. If you wanna watch it online, you can search in cucirca orthe dutch fanpage:lotsof sources. New eps are on quite fast too season 3). Also if you have trouble with the language, on the dutch fansite (google: vampire diaries nederlandse fansite), you can find most epswith subtitles!! (just one or two eps are missing, but you can still find them in english) If you don't find it, don't hesitate too ask, belgian TVD fans unite XD

I have already watched a big part of season 1 but I can't find the further episodes online so now I have to wait. I hope they won't stop the show again to start from the beginning again because that sucks :'(
