Hmmm.... Not so sure I'd chalk this up to ufo or rocket launch. I'm not 100 % sure but I would think this is the Tesla Howitzer in Exothermic mode. ( Scalar Interferometer/ Satellite Weaponry) At least 8 or more nations possess these weapons, I'm almost certain that's what you are seeing. They are just testing it.

Too many clouds to tell if that is a rocket launch, but i been looking at other videos looks like the only difference is that this one doesn't make smoke like other rockets and the light looks like a bit brighter cant say for sure but all i can say is that this vid is no fake my conclusion is just a UFO because i don't know what that is yet.
