  • It's painted with silver paint

  • Does anybody know what kind of instrument are they holding?

  • It's not an instrument, it was just a little slice of cardboard cylinder with plywood attached to either side. There was a hand-hole cut in one side so you could slip your fingers in to hold onto it. Then it was painted with silver paint and had a stripe of decorative paper glued on.

  • I did some research, as I am going to teach it to my students, and found out that the song they are using is called "Musunde Hiraite." I found a few recordings of it on You Tube. :)
