To those of you from outside of Japan (especially in North America), this is part of a Japanese fad known as “闇サトシ” (Yami Satoshi, lit. Dark Satoshi). Dark Satoshi (or Dark Ash Ketchum) appears on Pokemon AG episode 177. The point of this is that Satoshi’s voice actor is the same as Ryo Bakura's in YU-GI-OH in JAPAN. Bakura also has dark side and has many evil and dirty remarks. MAD video editors in Japan enjoy swapping Dark Satoshi’s (or normal Satoshi’s) remarks to Bakura’s dirty remarks.
