Flexmodo's December Challenge is here! We decided that this month we would give our viewers an intense full body workout as your challenge. This workout will challenge you to take your body out of its comfort zone...to take it to the next level...to push you to improve, to get better, to get stronger, and to perform better each and every time you do this workout. All of these aspects in return will deliver the results that you need and desire!

Back in the day, I was one of the Sports Conditioning coaches at IM Sports (now KRU Training.) It was an intense, sweat producing, calorie blasting, 1 hour full body workout combining kickboxing padwork, plyometrics, strength training exercises,military drills, & sports conditioning drills. This workout was a staple to my workout regimen for it improved my performance in my running times, increased my speed, agility, & endurance with my boxing, faster footwork on the tennis courts, and increased my lean muscle mass. Add this workout to your regimen at 2-3x/week, and I guarrantee you will find yourself stronger, quicker, leaner, and find yourself performing better in the sports you play by the end of the month. But our challenge to you when you do this video, is to perform better each and every time you do this workout. Pump out more reps, increase your speed, advance the moves, etc. The more you can do each time, the better your results: asthetically and athletically.

This workout is roughly about 30 minutes (including your own warm up & cool down). For the beasts and machines out there, you can make this video into a circuit and a FULL HOUR if you do it twice, giving you 2 sets done for each exercise.

In this video, we do not have the padwork portion. BUT, this workout covers it all: cardio, strength, core, agility, plyometrics, abs. You will see several partner drills in this video, which makes it a great workout to do with a buddy. You can push each other to do better & have a little friendly competition going on.
