House of Hope is preparing a healthy harvest -- to rescue fresh foods from local grocers and growers. The agency needs a refrigerated truck to get the job done right.
This video is part of House of Hope's proposal in the Pepsi Refresh Grant project. We are seeking $50,000 to buy a refrigerated truck so that House of Hope can bring tons of meat, fish, produce, vegetables and fruit to feed thousands of clients every year. The project will keep food from going to waste, while helping children and adults from going hungry.
