Go Ryedale - light rail interchange and Parry People Mover

If a light rail network were built in Ryedale (North Yorkshire) to make the A170 and B1257 corridors sustainable, there would need to be an interchange so that people could head onto the North East and Scotland. Pilmoor may be the best place because it was where the old Ryedale railways met the InterCity East Coast main line.

And what vehicles would we use? Most light rail vehicles are very expensive. Parry People Movers would be cheaper and would not initially need overhead wires.
