Mother Z, is completly new, this time you control Clark a new kid(or teen), the game returns Mother to its roots, but instead of finding melodies you find mystic objects, wich are disguised as normal ones, each one has musical notes(wich you should mix at the end for you know what), as well Giygas returns as promissed every 1000 years, this time helped by a secret org. called the Fadfinderez, but you should read it a the spanish wikipedia
