DA:O - How to kill the Archdemon

Instructional video on how to kill the Archdemon. Nightmare mode, no mods, no potions, no armies, no exploits. Party was Sten, Wynne, Leliana, and a level 20 PC warrior tanking.

The general from the market district drops the helm I mentioned (called Corruption). It's helpful, but not crucial.

Okay, I'm playing on the PS3 and my character is a Dalish elf, level 18, I'm fighting with Morrigan (level 17), Alistar (level 17) and Zevran (level 17), AND THE DARN THING WILL NOT DIE. Most of my helping army is dead, I only have 4 mages left out of everybody and my most ranged member is Morrigan, my elf is a rogue, and I hated the bows so he's horrible at shooting them. Any advice?

@GraceyDavey Use the ballistas. If one breaks, you can switch to another or fix it with a rogue.

wish i wouldve known to bring a rogue. all my godamn ballistas break after like 2 shots

all you gotta do is call the dwarves or human army to fight the arch demon while you have 3 of your party fight the darkspawn and your last party member useing a ballista on the arch demon

For those on Xbox360 if you cant kill it use the ballistas!! it worked for me

man i have the game is on CASUAL and its hard as fuck. Also i am a level 21 i really dont know what to do, if the game is on casual it shouldn't be this hard to kill the last boss or any boss.

I just used a dog and two warriors and my Mage let your warriors die then let your dog run around everywhere attacking the archdemon then it should work you need atleast 30 healing potions though this does work for flameath and high dragon as well good luck
