There are two main colors of Dragon fruit flesh - a bright scarlet color with black seeds, and a pure while color, again with black seeds. There are also crosses between these two colors that result in pink fleshed fruits. It is very difficult to tell from the outside what color the inside color of the flesh will be unless you are a dragon fruit grower.
