Mars Volta at Endfest 8/12/06

Before they started playing, Omar seemed pretty concerned about his rig, which was telling. Cedric admonished the crowd during the show on more than one occasion.......combined, the finish to an otherwise great show was a bummer. No excuse for stupid fans. The reason I posted this was to show dumb people ruining things for the rest of us. I totally respect what the Mars Volta did in reaction. It was amazing up until that point, and I can't wait to see them live again as soon as possible.

@SolSothis - Apart from the fact that I didn't understand most of what you wrote there, 'what's with them' is that every time I open a damn magazine I hear about that cockdrop from Mars Volta talking about how 'revolutionary' and 'groundbreaking' their music is... and then I listen to said music... and I wake up eight hours later in a puddle of drool.

To summarise - they're boring, and they're not relevant. 'Groundbreaking'? Go ask Aphex Twin what 'groundbreaking' music is.
