Cincinnati 2010 1R Lu vs Hewitt medical time-out debate

The medical time-out debate occured during change of ends, 0-3*. Lu said that he needed medical time-out, but the trainer claimed that Lu needn't treatment. It was until *0-4, the game that Lu serve did he receive the treatment, but Lu retired immediately after his first serve.

The following are added at 08/19 1220 GMT time:
There was something didn't show in the video: At 40-15, *3-5, Lu had told to chair umpire that he need a trainer, but at that time the trainer was in the other court . It was until the break between 1st & 2nd Set did the trainer come in and check Lu, but he claimed that Lu didn't need treatment at that time. So Lu waited three more games and then you all see what's going on. It was second time the trainer claimed that Lu didn't need any treatment in this video.There's just a question need to be answered: Is it appropriate for a trainer to reject treatment for an injured player?

After the match, the supervisor, the chair umpire and the trainer had apologized to Lu for inapporpriate processes, but the loss had been made. Just hope Lu get well and keep working for US Open :)

Don't tell me this trainer and umpire are qualified by ATP standard!!! It is horrible how Lu is being treated so unfairly. I wonder will these so-call 'ATP professionals' treat Federer or Nadal like this?
