This song is about the devilock. A hairstyle sported by Jerry Only and brother Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein. When Glenn Danzig left for Samhain he and the band had a Deathlock. A fringed bang, probably considered emo now. If you want to see a Deathlock type in Samhain Initium on an image search. Pantera singer Phil Anselmo once had a devilock.

@jfman The devilock is styled to forward with the long part of the hair from the back with gel. The deathlock is fringed at the front. The deathlock isn't well-known because Samhain wasn't as famous as The Misfits despite Glenn Danzig fronting the band. He also created the deathlock.

@BloodLibel94 Jerry Only stated that the Hairstyle came about from the traditional Pompadour which grew too long. I tend to think it was a culmination of the pomp as well as the Captain Harlock hairstyle since Danzig was a known Anime fan.
