AD Chairperson Michael Briguglio on Xarabank with and Gavin Gulia and Prime Minister Gonzi.
In this clip the Prime Minister is responding to Michael Briguglio's claim that there is not a sustainable vision for energy based on solar energy. The financial help offered by the government to buy a solar water heaters or photovoltaic panels is a token gesture in the budget to green wash the electorate. Moreover many of those who live in flats do not have access to roofs and are therefore unable to make use of solar energy. The Prime Minister agrees that this problem needs seeing to, and agrees that the COLA needs to be revised.
For his closing comments, Michael points out the inefficiencies of Enemalta that are also costing us money.
