I finally can pull my scorpion barefoot! *Sorry that alot of this video is dark. I didnt realize it was when I recorded.

  • @claudiaBee95 Just squeeeeze is really the only advice. And practice of course. Kick up a heelstretch and just let go. I can't hold mine very long, its all about thigh muscle!

  • How do you hold your balance so well? I can do these to but I cant hold my balance. Oh btw, your videos are awesome and I agree with everyone that says you need to be a flyer! You would be amazing! Good Job!
