At least the spider IV has the ability to download presets to the amp. Sure you have to buy the more expensive 75 watt version and the footswitch to do it but it's not possible at all with the vypyr. Buy a Fender Mustang I or II. Download your favorite player's tone from the fuse website, copy it to your amp, and play. Or, you can spend the next few hours tweeking your vypyr to get the tone. If the vypyr had the same capabilities as the Fender Mustangs it would blow everyone out of the water.
