I will never understand WHY people don't just answer what they are asked, behave respectfully and follow the law. If an officer asks you to return to the scene of the crime/accident DO IT. I get the hype about police officers, especially in the wake of the occupy movement, but these are the people who come when you are in danger, cut your cat out of the sewer pipe when it's stuck and the only individuals who run into the line of fire on a daily basis.

I think se had every right not to cooperate with the police.There is no evidence or probable cause by where she should be obligated to go to the scene to prove her innocence. In fact she could be a health hazard driving to the scene. Maybe she should not have been beligerant but that gives no cause for the police to site her for traffic violations that they cannot prove.The police could have tape measured the height and position of the paint transfers to establish better cause than her attitude.
