@califradmt True but here like the goverment gives you money to take compost and has the same as mexico! But the US citizens dont work much more then there EU counterparts and have far larger gardens/balconys ECT. theres no excuse for them not to be self sufficient!
-
@1997seanmac Mexico allows it's citizen's to rent plots of land, grow produce and sell it tax free at the Farmer's Markets. In US, I do not know how this could work but it would be wise. The US citizens did not learn how to can food or cook foods from scratch as thy have been busy working. It's a talent they need to know. Many family farms wer lost during the financial crisis, bought by large corps. It's a dangerous situation when so many people need help. Dehumanization and resentment.
-
@califradmt True dosent the goverment try and set insentives for people to grow there own? Its become really popular in europe in the last ten years.
-
@1997seanmac There are 3 day's worth of food on the grocery store shelves in America. The overnourished Americans are on a diet of fructose corn syrup, salt and saturated fat. There is no nutritional value so their hunger is never satisfied.
-
@califradmt There seems to be a governance issue then in the us, No the reason there is famine else where can be 99% of the time shifted to bad goverments that accounts for most famines and America is far from a famine! Ye eat on average 2000 calories more then ye need!
-
@1997seanmac It will be a different scenario if the value of the US dollar plummets. The ability to purchase products/food in auctions on a global level will be impaired. Corporations are global. There are famines taking placed and the purchase power of their currency is why. Shifting famines from one country to another is the concern. Food prices are skyrocketing in US and the price per unit is not the only factor, there will be empty shelves. Corn growth for ethanol is also contributing.
-
@califradmt Well ye could just import from europe we have the other extreme problem food mountains and the EU dosent know what to do with it! Theres easy solutions to problems
-
@1997seanmac The issue here is that when the US dollar devalues because of its supply and demand imbalance, the products manufactured by global corporations, including agriculture will be sold to the highest bidder, and that will mean there will be food shortages. There has been a loss of many family farms to the financial crisis; and they were bought by corporations at a low price. You have to consider that the news is leaving this information out because the corporations own the media.

Government know they can't make North America Union public because it's anti-constitutional, because it destroy the sovereignty of the amercian people. What is wierd is the total blackout on this subject on mass media whereas if you do searches on the web you'll find even official websites of the NAU, but people as usual don't care and won0t be interested by the subject until they will see it on their dear TV. Destination World Government, that's the end point and we and you 'll be the slaves.
