Benching 225 pounds on the bench for 13 full reps couldn't get anymore because my chest and triceps were cramping up, probably should have warmed up more.

  • Hahhha, Edo, I just kept looking at that "where am I" guy. :D What a distraction... hahahaha

  • @bigjm4 what about u> ... pusssy

  • I'm not sure why there are a bunch of dislikes, but good job!

  • nice job man, any dislikers are just jealous nerds, don't let them get to you.

  • I am proud of you!!!! keep it up! looking great guy!

  • very nice, but try to have a spotter next time. he can help you with that 14th rep. Even more important: a spotter can safe your life. imagine the bar falling on your neck. :( that would suck, right?

  • it's like 100 kg's right?

  • Im fat as Shit and could only do this 5 times Good job dont let these Youtube Faggots Get you to because There just mad that they Cant do it REALTALK

  • @LilJamo39 yeah, bad advice. powerlifters use an arch to lower bar distance, a 90 degree footplant isnt necessary (see dave tate's so you think you can bench)... dont know WHAT your talking about with that stupid leg crossing bullshit, mostly 160 lb wet rags with gelled hair do those. SWISS BALLE FOR MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE? do you have ANY idea what you are talking about?

anyway, decent form. might could bring the bar lower (more towards the sternum), but good reps. keep working.
