is it possible to upload a track to the watch and then get nav instructions by the watch to follow that track ?

@TRKMZ I guess there's a misunderstanding here. I'm using the Nike+ GPS app on iPhone for this, not a watch.

When you plug the watch in, does it map it itself, or do you have to put the points in?

@lazzyJames All is done automatically. It adds a point after each kilometer.
