@ronniemcfarlane The image stabilizer were on, but as you said. When you have zoomed in on something at 10X there's not a change to hold it still. The only way is with a tripod.

I'm not sure if the image stabiliser was on or not, but either way when you're zoomed in on something at 10X and you're pretty close to the object then any movement at all will be greatly exaggerated. It's not easy to hold the camera still when standing up without propping your arm up on something.
Anyway, it's not a top end camera so it can't be great at everything. I think it's pretty good for what it is.
