Another 9-minute recipe from Sarah's Low Carb Vegetarian Kitchen

Ingredients
Mushrooms, sliced 1.1 lb (about 24 mushrooms)
Celery, chopped 1.6 lb (one medium bunch)
Onion, chopped 1 large
Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Vegan beef style stock 1 cube
Water 3 cups

  • im making this soup now, the only suggestion i would have it to put the list of ingredients under a description of this so that people dont need to keep stopping and starting the video.
