No there is only no speed limit on certain sections of the course such as the mountain, not the whole course! Not even mad sunday has no speed limit.

great video! apparently, you can ride your bike round IOM on a certain day where there is no speed limit?! is this true? if so, what day is it?

I found a good site where you can download TT 2007 Race highlights it has a link on the official tt website good quality as well, definately worth a look.
