555 x 2 & 585x 1 (PR) Reverse Band Bench Press (3 Board) on 12-28-08
This was a GREAT reverse band bench press workout using super maximum weights.
By using super maximum weights it allows me to strengthen the tendons and make the bones more dense to handle heavier full range of motion competition lifts.
