I show and teach the 21 card trick.
First deal 21 cards in 3 piles. Have someone pick a card from one pile. Put that pile on top of another pile and put the last pile on the very top. Redeal the cards into 3 piles puting one card in each pile at a time. Have them find their card and put the pile with their card in between the other two piles again. Do this 3 times and then count (in your head) eleven cards from the top. That will be their card.
