I guess youtube hasn't figured out how 90% of the population is fed up with corporate lies and manipulation. There are lots more of us than of them.

Think about it...people from Eastern Europe can't upload shit,YOUTUBE don't allow it...You can upload shit from your cell phone and that's it.I wanted to write this somewhere so I wrote it here.

I will tell you one thing..when i wanna upload some music video I don't have a chance cause I live in Serbia,SouthEast Europe...And when an american(example) want to upload the newest Prodigy video ..he'll just do it...and after some time it might be deleted,and I can't upload any music video in the fucking world bacuse of where I live.

newgrounds has a good system. If your vote on an incoming flash video goes with the majority, then you gain voting power. If it does not, then you don't.
Youtube could use a similar technique. When people choose to flag a video, a representative of Youtube could check it and see whether or not it is worthy of being flagged. If not, the users who flagged it would be given less "voting power" in the future when flagging. This would force responsible usage of their flagging system.
